of hearing some difficult journeys
that people have been on.

raw and vulnerable stories.
And that's why I'm so happy that you were able to read
it all in one sitting.
I'm also encouraging people to pick up this book
and be able to put it down because it
is that kind of book.
And I wanted to be able to write this book in that format
where people didn't need to necessarily feel like they had
to read it all in one sitting, but that they could pick it
up and put it down and be able to actually let
the stories really sink in and have great takeaways
from every single person, because they're so different
and they're so jam-packed with information,
and with vulnerability, and with inspiration.
So it's a good collection of people.
